A more sophisticated take on my favourite childhood cookie! Here is my interpretation of my absolute favourite childhood cookie from the old school confectioneries. This rendition is made for a more grownup palette with Dutch-processed cocoa powder, 76% dark chocolate with a more sandy and delicate cookie base.
The cookies keep well in the fridge for a week.
