The slight earthy tone that I was initially unaccustomed to grew on me. Sandwiched with milk chocolate with a hint of dark chocolate rounds up this treat nicely.
Each cookie measure 1.5" across, the perfect size for grubby little hands!
As the chocolate center is pure chocolate with no additional agent to keep it soft when refrigerated, it hardens. Allow the cookie and chocolate center to come to room temperature before consuming.
Cookie keeps for 3 weeks refrigerated.
