Everything from the tart crust to the caramel and the chocolate filling is homemade with no artificial flavourings or colourings. These homemade happy food do not contain preservatives and keep well for two days when stored in the fridge.

This 6-inch tart is good for six to eight servings and the 8-inch eight to ten servings.
